United Hearts recognizes the importance of education in eliminating poverty, and providing opportunity for a better quality of life for the children in our community. This is why we currently run a school for local children, who due to financial difficulties would not otherwise attend school.

United Hearts Secretary and Teacher, Nana Boateng, teaching at United Hearts

Our school provides education and a daily meal for these children, and has proven to be a great resource for the community.  Unfortunately, we currently lack the space, equipment, and resources to serve more than 45 local children.

We are  in the process of building a new school facility, which is on the same property of our new building.   We are dedicated to finish building the United Hearts School, which will have the capacity to serve 250 children in the community. The school building will have classrooms to accommodate children from kindergarten up to grade 6, and also provide daycare for smaller children. The new school will also have desks, school books, and indoor bathrooms

Previous volunter Janey Piroli is fundraising for the new school building!  Check out her fundraising page, and support this project!
